Food for today 3-2-11

ok so for all my friends keeping track of me here is what i ate today i did go over calories a little bit but not much. I choose a few wrong things but at least i didn't nibble on any fried stuff at work!

cereal with milk 320

4 twizzlers 160

and slim fast meal bar 200

jerky 240

lunchable 350

2 bacardi raz 450

total 1720

goal cals 1200 to 1400
